Establishes Guam-CNMI ESTA to address long visitor arrival wait-times

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo today introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives to expedite processing times at the Guam International Airport and other ports of entry on Guam and in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.  The bill would establish a mechanism to provide additional resources to CBP to enhance visitor arrivals.
