Establishes Guam-CNMI ESTA to address long visitor arrival wait-times
Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo today introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives to expedite processing times at the Guam International Airport and other ports of entry on Guam and in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The bill would establish a mechanism to provide additional resources to CBP to enhance visitor arrivals.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced today that Guam is among several international ports selected as potential participants for Reimbursable Services Agreements for 2016. The Reimbursable Services Program (RSP) enables partnerships between CBP and private sector or government entities, allowing CBP to provide additional inspection services upon the request of stakeholders.
