Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) programs that include U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds are subject to federal requirements and standards. These requirements pertain specifically to the Agency’s Office of Community Development (OCD) programs that distribute Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds.
