EEOC Form 715-01 EEO Program Status Reports
Management Directive 715 (MD-715) is the policy guidance, which the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) provides to federal agencies for their use in establishing and maintaining effective Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs. The EEOC FORM 715-01 report is used by Federal agencies to document their progress in establishing and implementing EEO programs. OASCR's complete report is not available on the web. A copy of the full report may be obtained by submitting a Freedom of Information Act request to the FOIA Officer.
