WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) introduced yesterday the Protecting Dogs Subjected to Experiments Act to prohibit taxpayer funding of any biological, medical, or behavioral research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that involves the use of a dog.
