Heads Up for FY 2005

We are working on the FY 2005 application guide and materials, and we anticipate announcing a grant application window soon. In the meantime, please review the FY 2004 materials so that you will have a good idea of what we expect to see in an application.

Grants

There's a slight change in the way the application guide is presented this year.

  1. You can download the guide, the toolkit (all the forms and worksheets), and the regulation in one large file:

New for FY '04

Notice: DUNS Number Required for All Applicants.From now on, all applicants must have a Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Any organization that applies for a DLT grant or combination loan-grant must use their DUNS number on the application. DUNS numbers are available without charge. See DUNS Q&A.

Notice: Registration in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).If you want to apply for a DLT grant or combination loan-grant online through http://www.grants.gov/ , your organization must first register in the CCR. Your organization will need a DUNS number in order to register. If your organization has received federal contracts, it is already registered in the CCR, but this is a good opportunity to verify that your information is up to date. For more information about the CCR, please visit the CCR web site: http://www.ccr.gov/ .
