Overview of Information Services Provided by the Public Affairs Section

  • The daily Washington File provides timely and authoritative information about the U.S. and its policies including texts of official statements and speeches, transcripts of press conferences and briefings, Congressional testimony, background and analytical articles, and interviews with key officials. The Washington File is produced in both French and English.
  • Afrique-Etats-Unis is a monthly magazine containing current information provided by the Bureau of International Information Programs on a wide variety of themes. Afrique-Etats-Unis (in French and English versions) is sent to more than 1000 subscribers each month.
