Political and Economic Section

The Political and Economic section provides support and advice on political issues to the United States Ambassador to Tunisia, and is responsible for economic relations between the United States and Tunisia. The section’s officers represent the official views of the U.S. government to Tunisia and provide reports to the United States on the state of political and economic affairs in Tunisia.
