Logistics Remote Users Network (LOGRUN)
LOGRUN/LOLA is currently operational.

LOGRUN provides on-line, interactive, read/write access to information essential for all logisticians - from engineers designing new weapons systems to property managers disposing items. As a LOGRUN user, you will be provided access to the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS). FLIS forms the foundation for all logistics information systems. It is the catalog of more than six million supply items used by the U.S. Government and our NATO allies. FLIS provides essential information about supply items including the National Stock Number, the item name, manufacturers and suppliers (including part numbers), freight data, hazardous material indicators, interchangeable and substitutable items, management data (such as acquisition advice code and price), and physical and performance characteristics. FLIS also provides the most complete information on contractors doing business with the U.S. Government. Since you are accessing the live FLIS data base through LOGRUN, you have the most current data on supply items and manufacturers and suppliers.

The Defense Information System Network (DISN) is a Wide Area Network (WAN) that gives access to LOGRUN. Access is also possible via Internet Protocol addresses and the Nonsecure/Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET/SIPRNET) which replaces the Defense Data Network (DDN).

LOGRUN can be configured in multiple ways: through direct connect to the DISN or through a Service/Agency network specific interface link called gateways. Current gateways include the Navy Logistics Network (NLN), the Marine Corps Data Network (MCDN), the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VANET), the US Postal Services' Network and the NASA Network.

Access to LOGRUN is limited to US Government employees and private industry activities under contract to the US Government that require such access to complete the contract.
