CIVTRACKS -- The
Department of the Army developed an automated tracking system to account for
civilian employees supporting unclassified military contingencies and
mobilization exercises. It is the employee's responsibility to submit
deployment data (name, SSN, type of civilian, operation name, dates) every
time there is a change in duty location while deployed, including the
initial move from the home station. Logging onto
https://cpol.army.mil/CIVTRACKS
will provide access to CIVTRACKS. For system security reasons a userid
and password are required. Contact your servicing personnel specialist
to be issued the userid and password. Questions regarding CIVTRACKS should be directed to
CIVTRACKS@ASAMRA.hoffman.army.mil.

Emergency
Contact Data -- Due to the continuing threat against Americans, the Department of
the Army has implemented an automated method whereby all employees who are US
citizens may document their emergency contact data. This is an important effort
to ensure correct information is readily available in the event of an
emergency. The emergency data will only be made available to those authorized
individuals who will be directly involved in the actual process of notifying
your emergency contact(s) and processing or assisting with the necessary
documents in the event of an emergency. We strongly encourage you to take a few
minutes out of your schedule to
REGISTER AND ENTER YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT DATA.
