CPARS Header
Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System
The practice application allows
users to experience the functionality of CPARS prior to entering real
data in the production database. Personnel from all services are invited
and encouraged to use the practice system. A list of userids/passwords
is provided below along with a brief description of the privileges for
each access level. To prevent confusion users are not able to change userids / passwords in the practice application.
Users should not enter valid contract or performance
data in the practice system. The only authorized CAGE Code is "CPARS"
for practice purposes. Also, all contract numbers should begin with
a DODAAC of N45112, except for Air Force users who should use a DODAAC
of FB6141 for their contract numbers.
Air Force Users: The below userids/passwords should be prefaced
with "af" to activate Air Force features in the practice system.
For example, if an Air Force user wants to sign in the practice system
as a contract data entry person, use a userid/password of afcpar1.
To sign in as a focal point, user afcpar7. As noted above all
Air Force contracts should begin with FB6141.
