Complaint Process

An Alleged Act or Action has occurred...
Within 45 days you must report to...
 EEO Counselor or begin... Alternate Dispute Resolution Process (ADR)
After 30 days the EEO Counselor will conduct a...
Final Interview The ADR process will take 30 days + another 60
15 days after the final interview...
Formal EEO Complaint will be filed This process will take approximately 180 days
The Investigation is complete.
A 40 day process following the completed investigation begins. A decison is made by the AJ The AJ decision will spawn a ... Final Action by  the Army
or a Final Action by the Agency 30 days after Final Action by the Army The Complainant may Appeal to the OFO
Agency or Complaintant May Appeal to OFO Only the Complainant is given Final Action by the Army
After the Appeal heads to the OFO, Civial action in court takes palce.
