Hughes Technical Center is aviation's premiere research, development, engineering, test and evaluation facility located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  The mission of the Human Factors Branch, ACB-220, is to develop methods and tools for objectively measuring the effects of proposed enhancements to the National Airspace System on air traffic controller and airway facilities system specialist performance and workload, and to provide human factors support to air traffic and airway facilities system development and acquisition programs.
