Agency Publishing Services (APS) has developed an electronic service available here, on-line, for your benefit. This service includes general procurement information and electronic posting of sealed bids from the Central Office and all the Regional Printing Procurement Offices.

The purpose of this on-line system is to provide the public with quick, easy, and inexpensive access to procurement information. For applications or procurement related documentation visit the Forms/Downloads page.

This effort is our initial step toward implementing Electronic Commerce in Printing Procurement.
