Main Gate Access: Visitor & Event Notification Form
BNL Pass (Non-photo ID) will be issued for temporary access for vendors, conference attendees, and special events. Individuals must register at least 24 hrs BEFORE arrival. Event sponsors must fill out Event Notification Form at least 7 days prior to event.

Guest Registration
BNL Guest (photo ID) badge will be issued for extended visits. Foreign Nationals must fill out at least 30 days in advance of visit.

Housing Registration
Available for both short-term or long-term on-site stays.

Visitors with temporary BNL (NON-photo-ID) passes:
(ie, vendors, conferences or special event attendees) These individuals have the following network option available to them:

Internet Access Only (Available from most conference rooms on-site)
Quick Steps for Internet Access:

  • Configure your client for DHCP
  • Set DNS server to be obtained automatically
  • If needed, the outgoing SMTP server is: bnl.org

Longer-term Guests with BNL Guest (photo ID) badges:
These individuals have similar network/Internet access as permanent BNL employees.
