Collaborative Skills for Dispersed Teams
Overview:
Regardless of industry, product or market, the capacity of people to work together effectively via technology determines team success. The collaborative dynamics of how team members routinely interact with each other affects the adoption rate for new tools and techniques, the amount of time new teams take to become productive and, ultimately, their success in achieving business goals. This workshop is designed to improve the ability of any executive to effectively lead dispersed teams and to build the collaborative skills of their teams. The focus is on understanding the collaborative dynamics that directly impact the ability of people to communicate, coordinate, cooperate and collaborative via technology and how executives can expand that capacity.
