Reports
Reports on equal employment opportunity and affirmative employment programs serve as a measure of progress achieved on a program and provides information that the EEO/Civil Rights staff uses to evaluate the significance and impact of EEO programs. EEO reporting systems are designed to measure progress, identify examples of best practices, and implement systems to enhance EEO program operations. Reports are submitted through appropriate command channels to the EEO/Civil Rights office, as required.
