Work Zone Self-Assessment Tool
Work zones are one of FHWA's Congestion Vital Few focus areas under Administrator Mary Peters. The Work Zone Self-Assessment Tool is used to measure each State's progress in anticipating and mitigating congestion caused by highway work zones.

Performance Measurement Tools
