Schedule of Proposed Actions

This Schedule of Proposed Actions for the Carson National Forest, provides you a list of all Forest Service proposals undergoing NEPA analysis at this time or in the near future that may impact the Carson National Forest, so you can be involved if you choose. Check the types of proposals that interest you. If you would like to be involved in the planning of a proposed project or projects, we encourage you to participate early in the process. To receive specific information about any of the proposals, please contact the individual listed at the office handling the analysis.

Please note: If project implementation is under way or if a proposal has been dropped from consideration, it will be kept on the schedule one more time before being removed.

We are currently in the process of revising our analysis for the Jicarilla Oil & Gas Development EIS. Based upon previous comments we are revising our Purpose & Need and Proposed Action. Eventually we will place a new notice in the Federal Register to officially start another public scoping period. At that time we will place our new Purpose & Need and Proposed Action on this website. Please consider this website and the EIS currently under construction. Thank you.
