	OGC Launches A New Web Site The Office of the General Counsel announces the launch of its new and improved web site. With the help of its web site contractor, Orchid Technologies & Management, OGC has completely re-vamped its web pages. OGC’s new web site features a fast and easy navigation format to help users get the information that they need. OGC wants to thank Hadi Rezazad, Marie Raymond and all of the Orchid Technologies’ staff for helping give our web site a much needed facelift.

	General Counsel Named Deputy Secretary General Counsel Ted Kassinger has been appointed Deputy Secretary for the Department of Commerce. Mr. Kassinger assumed his new position as Deputy Secretary on July 2nd. Deputy General Counsel Jane Dana has been named Acting General Counsel.
