How to Order National Cancer Institute 5 A Day Materials
For quantities under 500:
You may obtain limited quantities of our popular 5 A Day materials through the NCI's Cancer Information Service by calling 1-800-4CANCER and selecting the option to order publications. Deaf and hard-of-hearing callers can reach CIS at 1-800-332-8615. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges when you order larger quantities (20 or more copies).

For quantities over 500:
It is necessary to obtain permission through your state 5 A Day coordinator for all orders over 500 copies. Shipping and handling charges will apply.
