The Culture Workshop provides services to unit COs to help
them better understand the culture of their command, and provide an
outside risk assessment source.
With a better understanding of the unit's strengths and
weaknesses, the unit is better able to focus on areas needing improvement
and reinforce the positive behaviors contributing to success.
