Privacy Notice

The information collected on this form will be used to create a database of schools participating in the SunWise program. If your class reports daily UV Index data and other information, we'll make those reports available to everyone in the program. You'll be able to create maps, graphs, and other reports about time series of the UV Index, cloudiness, etc.

In addition, we will create a mailing lists to provide program updates to teachers (via email if you have it) and written materials. Finally, demographic information will be used to tailor program materials to best serve the teachers and classes joining the SunWise Program.

We may mention the schools that participate in the SunWise Program but we will not give out the names of the teachers from this registration page to anyone outside EPA without your permission, and we will not identify the specific person who reports daily information.
