Contents | IntroductionWelcome to the Bureau of Land Management’s Recordable Disclaimer of Interest Website. This site is intended to provide general information on recordable disclaimers of interest (RDI) as applied to navigable waterbodies and the current status of activities in Alaska . BLM Alaska is the only bureau office currently applying the RDI process on a systematic basis to navigable waterbodies within a state and issued its first RDI document on October 24, 2003 . This site is still under construction and will continue to change. The comment period for Tazlina River & Lake has closed (August 13, 2004).
