FDA's OASIS and Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) maintenance downtimes have been postponed. The system modifications planned will be made next weekend instead of this to allow time for FDA to publish a notice with a revised Compliance Policy Guide on Prior Notice of Imported Food in the Federal Register. FDA will extend the current enforcement discretion period through November 7, 2004 to accommodate this.
