NSF Grant and Cooperative Agreement Policy and Guidance.

The NSF Grant Policy Manual (GPM) sets forth NSF policies regarding the award and administration
of grants and implements Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars, Public Laws, Executive
Orders (E.O.) and other directives insofar as they apply to grants.

The NSF FastLane system uses Internet/Web technology to facilitate the way NSF does business with
the research, education, and related communities. Use of the NSF FastLane system is required for
proposal status checking; project reporting; and post-award administrative activities.

The Grant General Conditions cover topics such as awardee responsibilities, Federal requirements,

Workshops and presentations by NSF staff at the regional grants conference will cover the following
