STILLWATER & WOODBURY OFFICE HOURS:

In addition to serving constituents Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, at the St. Paul district office, my staff holds monthly constituent service hours in the communities of Stillwater and Woodbury.

At these regular office hours, Constituent Services Representatives are available to help answer questions, find information and resources, or address challenges relating to the federal government. Some examples would include help with: Social Security, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Immigration, U.S. Service Academies, Federal Student Aid, SBA Programs, and Passports. 

Residents are asked to schedule an appointment ahead of time by calling (651) 224-9191. 

Constituent service office hours are held from 9:00 AM -11:00 AM on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month at the following locations:

2nd Tuesday of Each Month:
Stillwater City Hall
216 4th Street North
Stillwater, MN 55082

3rd Tuesday of Each Month:
Woodbury City Hall
8301 Valley Creek Road
Woodbury, MN 55125

POP-UP OFFICE HOURS:

NEW: This winter, we’re adding pop-up office hours in various locations around the Fourth District to bring our office to you. Winter conditions should not preclude you from being able to meet with our staff if you need help with a federal agency. Constituent service office hours are held on the 1st and 4th Tuesday of each month. Residents are asked to schedule an appointment ahead of time by calling (651) 224-9191.
