LEAD Application

ARS administrative and financial management employees grade GS-11 and above are eligible to enter the Leadership Evaluation and Development Program (LEAD). All applicants must obtain the concurrence of their first level supervisor and their Division Director or Area Administrative Officer. Please download and complete the application and the Participant's Agreement. The original, signed forms, plus a copy of the latest performance appraisal, must be sent to the Program Manger no later than December 3, 2004.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all required forms are completed and submitted by the due date!

Lead represents a major investment of resources for AFM. The program is highly competitive and the number of candidates each year is limited. The selection panel considers many factors before making a final decision. Do not be disheartened if you are not accepted. You may apply again next cycle.
