Completed USTDA-Funded Feasibility Studies » Executive Summaries
Available On-Line » Project Contact Info
When
U.S. engineering firms conduct USTDA-funded studies, recommendations and
specifications can be written to American codes and standards. The
result: U.S. suppliers stand an increased chance of winning the
implementation contracts that follow.
Completed feasibility
studies contain the detailed data used to determine whether to proceed
with the implementation of a project and if so, how best to proceed.
These project plans contain essential information for investors,
developers, and providers of goods and services expanding their export
market. Studies are often hundreds of pages in length. They typically
include contact information, technical data, financial information,
market studies, and procurement plans, including the advice that was
offered to foreign country sponsors about U.S. equipment and services
that meet project requirements.
USTDA is now
offering direct access on-line to executive summaries of recently
completed feasibility studies. This allows you to take a look at the content of the
study so you can decide whether to pursue the project and /or purchase
the complete study from the National Technical Information Services
(NTIS). The studies can also be reviewed at USTDA's library. Upon review
of the completed feasibility study, suppliers and manufacturers can
contact the U.S. contractor and/or the project sponsor to market specific
products and services. For NTIS contact information, visit our "Online Resources."
The following studies
