If you are not eligible for an AARTS transcript or your status has changed from eligible to ineligible (i.e., warrant officer or officer with prior enlisted service, or you switched from Army to another service), you can still request college credit for your military education and experience. Check with the institution you plan to attend to see what documents they require. The following information is provided as a guide to help you acquire the necessary paperwork that institutions may be looking for. You may also want to visit our links and referrals page (especially if you have time with any of the other military services) which contains information to help you obtain other documents that institutions might use in evaluating your military education and experience.
