Project Review and Annual ReportingOnce a project is incorporated in the Resource, it will undergo annual review by the Resource staff and an external Advisory Board to ensure that adequate service/collaboration is being provided and that adequate progress has been accomplished. For collaborative projects, the advisory board, with input from Resource staff members, will also determine whether there is still substantial intellectual investment on the part of the Resource in development of the project. If the collaborative project has substantially stopped driving the development of new AMS methods or service projects create a need for methodological development, projects may be reclassified. It is the principle investigator’s responsibility to appropriately acknowledge all data provided by Resource facility as well as to provide information for our annual report to NIH. The Resource Administrator will annually request updated information about each project. This information includes the personnel working on the project, the current source of financial support for the project, a statement describing progress and ongoing work, AMS facility usage, and copies of resulting publications: journal articles, abstracts, and book chapters, whether published or in press.
